ஊர்க்காவல் என்பது ‘திருடனைப்பிடிக்க இன்னொரு திருடனை நிறுத்துவது’ என்ற முறையில் அமைந்தது

2. Thinnai: அழகிய சிங்கரின் கவிதைகள் – வெங்கட் சாமிநாதன்

தேமாங்காயும் புளிமாங்காயும் கூட எங்கே என்று யாரும் கேட்பதில்லை. யாப்பு படிச்சிருக்கியாய்யா என்று கூட யாரும் இப்போது அடித்துக் கேட்பதில்லை. பயமுறுத்துவதற்கே கேட்கப்பட்ட இது போன்ற கேள்விகளைக் கேட்பது கேட்பவருக்கே ஆபத்தாக முடியக் கூடும்.

பாட்டாளிகளின் போர் முழக்கத்திற்காக முரசு கொட்டுவதாக யாரும் சொல்வதில்லை. அவர்கள் எல்லாம் சினிமாவில் குத்தாட்டத்திற்கு பாட்டெழுதப் போய்விட்டனர். உவமைக் கவிஞரெல்லாம் ஒரு பொன்னாடை போர்த்தி மறக்கப்பட்டு விட்டனர்.

படிமங்கள் பெய்து எழுதுவதும் சிரமமும் பழசுமாகிப் போனது. ஆக, கவிதையை இப்படிப்பட்ட வெளித்தெரியும் சீருடைகள் கண்டு இனங்காண்பது சிரமமாகிப் போகவே, கவிஞர்கள் எந்தவித ஒதுக்கீட் டையும் மீறி பேட்டைக்குப் பத்துப் பேராக அமோக விளைச்சல் காணத் தொடங்கிவிட்டனர். இப்போது அதிகாரம், அரசியல் சார்பு, சினிமா, பத்திரிகை முதலாளித்துவம், குழுச் சார்பு எல்லாம் கவிதைக்கு அங்கீ காரம் தருவனவாக பரிணாமம் பெற்றுவிட்டன.

பழங்காலம் பொற்காலம் தான். புலவர் பட்டம் பெற்று வாழ்த்துரை வழங்க வெண்பா இயற்றி கவிஞரான காலமே தேவலாமாகத் தோன்றுகிறது. இப்போதெல்லாம் பரிசில் வாழ்க்கை தலைமைக்கு மிக நெருங்கிய அடப்பைக் காரர்களுக்குத் தான் சாத்தியமாகியுள்ளது.

சுய எள்ளல் என்பது மிகப் பெரிய விஷயம். நம் தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர்களுக்கு இல்லாத குணம். அந்த சுய எள்ளல், உண்மையும் சுவாரஸ்யமும் ஆகும்.
