தன்மயக்கம் என்பது மனப்பிராந்தி அல்லது பீதி அல்ல. தன்மயக்கம் என்பது தெளிவு இல்லாத பிரக்கினையாகும். தன் மயக்கம் என்பது பொதுவாக, எல்லோரிடமும் இருக்கும் ஒன்றாகும். தன்மயக்கம் இல்லாத மனிதனே கிடையாது என்று சொல்லிவிடலாம். சிலர் தங்களைப் பற்றித் தாங்க முடியாத அளவில் உயர்வாக எண்ணிக் கொள்ளலாம். மற்றும் சிலர் தங்களைப் புழுக்களாக எண்ணிக் கொள்ளலாம். கலைகளில் எவ்வளவுக்கெவ்வளவு கற்பனை மிகுந்து மிதந்து கிடக்கின்றதோ, அவ்வளவுக்கவ்வளவு அவைகளில் தன்மயக்கம் இருக்கின்றது. ஸயன்ஸில் பிரதானமான அம்சம் தெளிவு; கலையில், முக்கியமான அம்சம் தன்மயக்கம்.

ஈ-மெயில் கிடைத்தது. யாருக்கு அனுப்புவது என்றுதான் தெரியவில்லை. மெயிலிங் லிஸ்ட் கண்டுகொண்டேன். இந்தியா நெட், கே வி ராவ் அறிமுகம் கிடைத்தது. யாராவது MFCஇல் சந்தேகம் கேட்டால், நான் தெளிந்தேன். அமெரிக்காவில் இருக்கும் பிஎச்.டிக்களின் மனவோட்டம் கிடைத்தது. விசா கேள்விகளுக்கு விடை கிடைத்தது.

ஏப்ரல் 1995
WWW கிடைத்தது. Gopher செய்ய முடிந்தது. FTP பொக்கிஷங்கள் அனானிமஸ் ஐடியுடனும் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிகளுடனும் அடையப் பெற்றேன். அலுவலக சகாக்களும் ஒன்று விட்ட சித்தப்பா பசங்களுக்கும் தினம் ஒரு ஃபார்வார்ட் நடத்த ஆரம்பித்தேன்.

Chinet, ஜியோசிட்டிஸ் மூலமாக சொந்த வலைமனை புகுந்தேன்.

இணையத்தின் டைனோசார் வளர்ச்சி இப்பொழுதுதான் நடந்தது. நேரடியாக வலைப்பக்கங்களுக்கு சென்று pull செய்தவர்களுக்கு push தொழில் நுட்பத்தை காண்பித்தார்கள். புதிய பக்கங்கள் வந்திருக்கிறதா என்று நெட்ஸ்கேப்பைத் திறந்து, டபிள்யூடபிள்யூடபிள்யூ புள்ளி இந்தோலிங்க் டாட் காம் என்று தட்டச்சி, எண்டர் தட்டி தேவுடா காக்க வேண்டாம். இந்தோலிங்கில் புதிய பக்கம் இற்றைப்படுத்தப்பட்டால், சில மணித்துளிகளில் மின்னஞ்சலாய் புஷ் (push) செய்யப்பட்டு கதவைத் தட்டும்.

கொஞ்ச நாளில் சென்ற இடமெல்லாம் மகவுகளை உண்டாக்கிய சிற்றரசன் போல் யாஹூ, மைக்ரோசாஃப்ட், கோட்குரு என்று முன்னூற்றி அறுபத்தைந்து பக்கங்களின் பிட் நோட்டிஸ்களைக் கேட்டு வைத்து விட அவர்களும் நொடிக்கொரு மின்னஞ்சலுமாய், பொழுதுக்கொரு விளம்பரமுமாய் படுத்த ஹாட்மெயில் அக்கவுண்ட்டையே ரத்து செய்தேன்.

ஜூலை 2003இல் வலைப்பதிவு ஆரம்பம். டீகடை, லேஸி கீக், கிங்ஸ்லி என்று தேர்ந்தெடுத்து ஆங்கிலப் பதிவுகளும் என்னுடைய துறை சார்ந்த பதிவுகளும் ப்ளாக்லைன்ஸ், kinja.com சேவைகள் மூலம் படிக்க ஆரம்பித்தேன்.

பத்ரியின் வலைப்பதிவுகள் படிக்கவேண்டிய தமிழ்ப்பதிவுகளுக்கு வாசலாய் இருந்தது. வலைப்பூ பதிவு, அதிகம் அறிமுகமில்லாத தமிழ் வலைப்பதிவுகளுக்கு வழி காட்டியாய் இருந்தது.

தமிழ் பதிவுகளுக்கு மட்டும் கிஞ்சா மறந்தேன். ரோஜோ தொடவில்லை. ப்ளாக்லைன்ஸ் பயனில்லை. மை யாஹூவும் தொடவில்லை. கூகிள் ரீடருக்கும் ம்ஹூம் என்று மறுத்து விட்டேன். தமிழ்மணம் மட்டுமே கதியாய் கிடக்கிறேன்.

இப்போது இருட்டடிக்கப்படும் பதிவுகள் என்ன என்றும் தெரியவில்லை. அதனால் என்ன இழக்கிறேன் என்றும் தெரியாது.

சுந்தர ராமசாமியைக் குறித்து எனக்கு 2002 மே மாதம் வரை தெரியாது. அதன் பிறகுதான் என்னுடைய மைக்ரோ பார்வையுள் சிக்கினார். ஜேஜே படித்து வியந்தேன். காகங்கள் தொகுப்பு, ஆளுமைகள் மதிப்பீடுகள், உலகத்தமிழ் நினைவோடைகள் என்று தொடர்ந்து தேடி படிக்க வைத்தவர். விகடன், குமுதம் போல தமிழ்மணம்.காமும் வணிக நோக்குடன் செயல்பட ஆரம்பிப்பது மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கிறது.

எந்தவொரு முயற்சியும் வணிகப் பின்புலம் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே ஜெயிக்கமுடியும்.

தமிழ்மணம் தளத்துக்குத் தொடுப்புக் காட்ட வேண்டும் என்னும் விதிமுறையாகட்டும்; மறைபொருளை பேசும் பதிவுகளை மறைத்தல் ஆகட்டும்; நேர்மறைக்கு எதிர்ப்பதம் சொல்லும் பதிவுகளாகட்டும்; சுப்புடு விமர்சனங்களை தவிர்ப்பதில் ஆகட்டும்; சிறுபத்திரிகை சண்டைகளை விலக்குவதில் ஆகட்டும்; தூஷணைகளை துவம்சிப்பதில் ஆகட்டும்; நையாண்டி தர்பார் ஜே லீனோ அரி கிரி அஸெம்பிளி ஊர்வசிகளை அமுக்குவதில் ஆகட்டும்; வெகுஜன ஊடகங்களை பிரதிபலிப்பது வரவேற்கப்படவேண்டிய விஷயம்.

லீன்க்ஸை ரெட் ஹாட்டும், நாவல்லும் கை கொடுக்கும் வரை மிகச்சில விளிம்புநிலை geekகளிடம் மட்டுமே லீனக்ஸ் புகழ் பெற்றிருந்தது. மெகிண்டாஷ் என்ன கொண்டு வந்தாலும் சிரமேற் கொண்டு வாங்குபவர்கள் இன்றும் இருக்கிறார்கள். Compuserveஐ ஏ.ஓ.எல் வாங்கி ராமானுஜராய் கோபுரத்தில் ஏறி மின்னஞ்சலை விநியோகித்தது.

குப்பை கூளம், எதிர்மறை, கெட்ட வார்த்தை, நையாண்டி, மாற்று கருத்து, எதிர்வினை, சமயம், சம்ஸ்கிருதம், ஆன்மிகம், அகம்பாவம் என்றெல்லாம் ப்ளாகரில் “Flag” button அமுக்கி ஜனநாயக முறையில் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்கவும் Blogger Barஐ கழற்றி விட்டாலும் ப்ளாக்ஸ்பாட்டில் குடித்தனம் நடத்தவும் முடியாதவர்கள் Weblog Directories in the Yahoo! Directory மற்றும் RSS Readers and Aggregators in the Yahoo! Directoryஐ அணுகி கடாசப்பட்ட பதிவுகளைத் தொடர்ந்து வாசிக்கலாம்.
