Where do you think Clinton came up with the quick 30 Million and Obama, out of no where, acquired 33 million. Both of them have been openly courting Pro Israel money. Most large donors, of course, want something back for their money. The prediction for the 2008 presidential race is that the candidates will spend a Billion and the one who spends the most almost always wins. It is stealing America.
When the Democratic Party kicked the war mongering Lieberman out because he was so far out of the American mainstream of political thinking he magically came up with $20,219,460, ran as an independent and won. In his state the candidate that spent the most money won five out of the six races.
Lieberman’s people claimed that 86% of that money came from individual donors and only 12% came from Political action Committees. Under the old law that would mean that approximately 17,563 individuals gave one thousand. That would not be too difficult for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee to do.
Tim Weiner chronicles the history of the Central Intelligence Agency in his book Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA. His research included the use of over 50,000 documents and interviews with ten directors of central intelligence. Mr. Weiner analyzes the inherent difficulties in maintaining classified information in an open democracy, and argues that the CIA has consistently struggled in the field of espionage.

Amazon.com: Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA: Books: Tim Weiner: “This book shines in its vivid accounts of the agency from 1950-1970, covering its inception after Truman, its founding under Ike and bumbling under Kennedy/LBJ and Nixon. The reader leaves with an understanding of the CIA central role in American Foreign Policy during the time and its subsequent downfall.
Would have liked more information from the Clinton and Bush 43 administations. Doesn’t really get in depth with the CIA’s role in picking up on the growing omen of terrorism.”
While there have been other books written about just how much the CIA resembles the Keystone Cops, such as Mike Ledeen‘s “Terror Masters” book written several years ago, (If you’ve read Steven Emerson’s American Jihad, Ellen Harris‘ Guarding the Secrets, Robert Baer‘s See No Evil and keep current with the work of the Middle East Media Research Institute and Middle East Quarterly, Ledeen’s book won’t provide many revelations) Weiner has put together a laundry list of bumbling that is most telling. As Ledeen says, the CIA has become an agency with the efficiency of the Post Office and the intensity of the Agriculture Department.

அமெரிக்க ஜனாதிபதிக்கான தேர்தல் குட்டையை குழப்புவதற்கு புதியதாக ப்ளூம்பர்க் குதித்திருக்கிறார். தற்போது நியு யார்க் நகரத் தந்தை (மேயர்) பதவி. நாளைக்கு சுயேச்சை வேட்பாளர்?
இந்த தடவை நியு யார்க் நகரை சேர்ந்தவர்களின் ஆக்கிரமிப்பு பரவலாகக் காணப்படுகிறது. சுதந்திரக் கட்சியின் வேட்பாளர்களில் முன்னணியில் இருப்பவர் ஹில்லரி க்ளின்டன். தற்போது நியுயார்க்கில் இருந்து செனேட்டராக இருக்கிறார்.
எதிர் கட்சியை சேர்ந்த முன்னணி வேட்பாளர் ரூடி ஜியூலியானி முன்னாள் நகரத் தந்தையாக இருந்தவர். அவருக்கு இருக்கும் USP-ஏ 9/11 அன்று மேயராக இருந்ததுதான்.
‘்தன்னாததன்னால் இன்னொருத்தரின் வெற்றி வாய்ப்புக்கு பங்கம் வந்தால் நிச்சயம் போட்டியிட மாட்டேன்’ என்னும் வாக்குறுதியுடன் வாக்காளர்களின் நாடித்துடிப்பை மோப்பம் பிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்துள்ளார் ப்ளூம்பெர்க். ஆல் கோர்-இன் வெற்றி வாய்ப்பை நோகடித்து, ‘எனக்கு ஒரு கண் போனால், சுதந்திரக் கட்சிக்கு ரெண்டு கண் பணால்!’ என்னும் கொள்கையுடன் வாழ்ந்த ரால்ப் நாடருக்கு இந்த மேற்கோள் சமர்ப்பணம் என்பதை குறிப்பால் உணர்த்தியிருக்கிறார்.
பத்மா சொன்னது போல் ஆல் கோர் துணை ஜனாதிபதியாக ஒத்துக் கொள்வாரா என்று தெரியவில்லை. ஆனால், நியூஸ்வீக் போன்ற பத்திரிகைகள், ப்ளூம்பர்க் கட்சி சார்பற்றவராக ஆனதற்கு முழு முதல் காரணமே இதற்காகத்தான் என்று மெழுகுவர்த்தி அணைத்து சத்தியம் செய்கிறார்கள்.
